CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE INSTAGRAM COMPETITION

Participation in the competition is only possible under the conditions listed here. By participating in the competition, the participant expressly accepts these conditions of participation. Sweyepe reserves the right to change, adapt or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons.

Participation in the campaign is possible until 15.12.2024 until 23:59 The draw will take place on 16.12.2024 The winner will be notified on Instagram.

eligibility to participate

Persons residing in Germany who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation are eligible to participate. They must follow the Instagram accounts of Sweyepe (@sweyepe) on Instagram. Followers can be obtained by clicking on the "Follow" button on the Sweyepe Instagram page. You also have to 'like' the competition post. The last condition is to comment on why you would be happy to win.

participation

You agree to the terms and conditions and take part in the competition by telling us why you would be happy to win. You must also subscribe to the Sweyepes account and like the competition post. Sharing the post in your story doubles your chance of winning. Each participant has two opportunities to take part. At the end, a winner will be randomly selected from all participants.

participation period

The deadline for participation is 15.12.2024 (11:59 p.m.).

Profit

An iPad (10th Gen.) and a starter pack will be raffled off among all participants. The prize cannot be transferred to third parties, cannot be exchanged and cannot be paid out in cash.

prize handover

The prize will be handed over by post, the winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram and must submit his/her data via the direct message function.

The winners will be determined by random generator after the participation phase has ended. The draw will take place on 15.12.2024 The winner will then be notified via direct message on Instagram and must submit their details via the direct message function. If the winner does not respond within three calendar days, their right to the prize will expire and a new winner will be drawn.

Sweyepe is not liable in any way for direct or indirect damages resulting from participation in the campaign or the unavailability of the Internet server, unless these are due to grossly negligent or intentional actions for which Sweyepe is responsible.

If personal data of participants is collected as part of the campaign, this data will be collected, processed and used by Sweyepe exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the campaign and may be permanently published on the Sweyepe Instagram page.

exclusion of legal recourse
Legal recourse is excluded.

Miscellaneous

Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions of participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the legal validity of the remaining terms and conditions of participation. They shall be replaced by an appropriate provision that most closely corresponds to the purpose of the invalid provisions.
