Shipping & Returns
Here are some frequently asked questions about shipping, returns and exchanges.
How long does shipping take?
Usually 1-3 working days . Orders received before 4 p.m. are usually dispatched the same day. Delays may occur during periods of particularly high order volume.
How can I cancel the purchase?
Simply fill out the sample form from the cancellation policy and send it to shop@sweyepe.com
How can I track my shipment?
To check the delivery status of your order, call up the shipping confirmation that you received by email. For every package that is sent to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a link to track the shipment.
Which shipping service provider will ship my order?
We ship our items with our shipping partner DHL (goGreen).
How do I send my order back to you?
Please send us a return request by email to shop@sweyepe.com. You will then receive an email with further information.
How much does the exchange cost?
An exchange is free for you within 30 days of order confirmation. Since we are still a young startup, we unfortunately cannot cover the costs of return shipping.
When and how will the money be refunded?
The money will be refunded to your original payment method. Once we have received and verified your refund, we will process the refund as quickly as possible.

How can I order?
Ordering from Sweyepe is very easy: After you have put the desired items in your shopping cart, you can place your order using the "Checkout" button. We recommend setting up a customer account for this. As a new customer, you can easily set this up during the ordering process and you will then be automatically logged in. If you already have a customer account, you can simply log in with your user data (email address and password). You will then be guided through the ordering process in three steps (address - payment method - confirmation) and can complete your order. We also offer orders without registering a customer account. To do this, click on "Continue without registration" in the registration form and follow the ordering process.

Do I need a customer account?
No, you do not need a customer account to shop with us. We also offer orders without registering a customer account. To do this, click on "Continue without registration" in the registration form and follow the ordering process.
Is there a minimum order value?
No, there isn't. However, shipping is free for orders over €15.00.
Are there discounts for commercial orders?
If you are interested in a larger quantity, you can request an individual offer via the contact form or by email to shop@sweyepe.com.

What are the advantages of the Sweyepe cleaning finger cot?
Our glasses cleaning cloth is particularly popular because of its finger cot shape. This means that you no longer slip off the cloth when cleaning and have a better feel for cleaning your glasses right down to the frame.
Does microfiber not cause scratches?
No, our microfiber fabric is specially made for cleaning sensitive surfaces. Due to the high-quality composition, there is no risk of causing micro-scratches.
Are there tests to confirm the quality?
Yes, our fabric has been lab tested and found to not cause micro scratches under black light.
What can I use the Supersoft wipes for?
Our Supersoft cloths are made of the same material as our Sweyepe cleaning finger cot. You can also use the cloths for sensitive surfaces such as mobile phone, tablet and laptop displays.
What properties does the Sweyepe fabric have?
The Sweyepe fabric is particularly soft and can clean surfaces particularly gently. It is also very absorbent and can absorb a lot of water (1250g/m²).
